Hello! I'm Abdullah
I'm a Data & Business Analyst with a B.Sc. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from King Abdulaziz University. I'm currently a Data Analytics Intern at JX Tech Studio, where I extract and analyze data with SQL and Python, build automated n8n workflows and design Power BI dashboards.
Three years in sales and operations taught me what decision-makers actually need from a report. I bridge technical work and business requirements: gathering needs, tracking KPIs and turning trends into clear recommendations.

Smart Touch Report
The Problem: Order, cost and revenue data for a retailer selling bikes, accessories and clothing across Saudi cities was split between SQL and Excel sources. There was no single view of profit by product, customer or region.
The Process: Combined the SQL and Excel data, cleaned and transformed it in Power Query, and modeled the table relationships. Wrote DAX measures for orders, cost, revenue, profit and month-over-month change, then built slicers for gender, category, subcategory, region and date.
The Insight: 82K orders generated $38.19M revenue and $16.59M profit over 2019–2020. Accessories drove 40K orders, nearly double Bikes or Clothing. December 2020 closed at 4,066 orders, up 54.78% on the previous month.
Invoi: Invoice Operations Dashboard
The Problem: Built for JX Tech Studio, whose thousands of invoices from dozens of vendors had no shared view. It was hard to see total processed volume, which vendors mattered most, or how volume was trending over time.
The Process: Modeled the invoice data with year and quarter attributes. Wrote DAX KPIs for processed volume, invoice count and average invoice value, ranked vendors by volume, and added a vendor slicer, a date-range filter and a detail table showing payment status.
The Insight: $489.05M was processed across 10K invoices (average $48.91K) between 2024 and 2026. The top 15 vendors fall in a narrow $6.7M–$7.3M band, so no single vendor dominates and concentration risk is low.
Financial & Sales Report
The Problem: Sales transactions across several countries, products and customer segments needed a profit-and-loss view. Leadership wanted to compare performance with the prior year and see where discounts were eroding margin.
The Process: Built a two-page report with DAX measures for gross sales, discounts, COGS, profit and margin. Added time-intelligence measures for prior-year sales and growth, a quarterly P&L summary matrix, and slicers for country, product and date.
The Insight: $118.73M in sales produced $16.89M profit (14.23% margin). The Government segment led with $53M in sales, Paseo was the most profitable product at $4.8M, and sales peaked in October at $21.67M.
